Strange Periodic Error When Debugging

I am building an asp.net application on my machine and every so often when i
press F5 to debug i get the following error. This is most annoying because
the only way to eleviate the error is reboot. Even iisreset does not work.
Please help.

Version:1.1.4322.573There is a nifty tool called ntfilemon which can be used to troubleshoot
File Access Permissions if one is a tech-savvy debugger. NTFileMon is a free
File Monitoring tool provided by Systernals or SysInternals. Check Google
for it

Secondly, I would check if you have the Indexing service enabled try going
to
Start -> Administration Tools -> Computer Management -> Services and
Applications -> Indexing Service -> System -> Directories
C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework
Try Adding that directory by right clicking and going new -> Directory
Select "No" to Including index
