Strange Issues...?!

I have developed a web application for a company that I thought had all of the kinks worked out, but one strage thing continues to happen at random intervals.

Sometimes users get an 'unspecified error' when trying to make a database access, and once the problem happens once... it continues to give the error, thus shutting down the whole application.

The only thing that resolves the issue is recompiling the .cs files. If it helps, I am using C# with a 3-tier architecture and (unfortunately) a Microsoft Access database. All housed on the same server.
